Is it possible to see better than 20/20?

Hello,

This is our first dispatch of 2020.

Is it possible to see better than 20/20?

Yes, it's indeed possible to have sharper than 20/20 vision.

It’s more relevant to your business to have a vision for 2020.

Not a pipe dream, nor a mirage, nor an aspiration. Not a harmless chunk of text.

Your vision statement is worthless—unless it guides you, and keeps you on track—unless it helps you make decisions between competing priorities. If you don’t have one, you’re vulnerable to pressures from multitudinous quarters. A useful vision is a firm intention.

Our Three Tips for Visionaries

  1. Choose your vision before the end of January

  2. Talk about your vision to yourself every day

  3. Get a reputation for being obsessed with it

  4. Celebrate every time someone joins your vision and brings it closer

In the last dispatch, Roger said:

In 2020, I want people to say:

I've never seen/heard/read/experienced that before.
... Show & Tell must have made it.

And:

I must hire Show & Tell.

I better say this to myself several times a day. I trust you’ll have your firm intentions, your vision for this year. You will if you're sensible.

Roger, Paul & Anne are ready to help you with your intentions.

With best wishes,

Paul (Roger & Anne)

Fly to Your Future

Our GAB* Tip

(Make every day in January serve your vision)

The New York Way
Like a bird on the wind
Like a flight into space
Living with speed
while crossing a bridge.
Like striding the street
Like stretching the sky
Sailing the sea
while wondering why
There's Liberty
waiting for you
in a taxi that's yellow.
You wonderful fellow.

Collaboration failure

We imagine the Four Horsemen are expert collaborators in catastrophe. What if they weren't...?

The next step is collaborating

The more you collaborate well with the people who matter to you, the better. Your

  • partners

  • colleagues

  • staff

  • suppliers

  • investors

  • agencies

  • allies

  • fellow horsemen (or women)

You know this. When your vision matters to others, you are well on the road. Who would you like to know your vision? How are you going to ensure they know? You already have allies. You deserve more.

That's our message to you.

Have a [GAB] 2020,

Paul (Roger and Anne)
